Therapeutic Session
A Therapeutic Session may include any of the following treatments with massage: Craniosacral Therapy, Cupping, Blading, Myo-fascial Release, Trigger point therapy, Neuromuscular therapy, Deep tissue.
A 60-minute session is focused on treating the injury or problem area; i.e., shoulder or hip pain, back pain, ankle or knee injury, TMJ syndrome, Migraine, etc.…etc.…
A 90-minute session is recommended for specific treatment including a full body massage.

CranioSacral Therapy
A gentle, holistic treatment aimed at releasing restrictions and imbalance within and around the soft tissues of the spine, cranium and sacrum that can compromise the function of the Central Nervous System. Treatment is performed with the client fully clothed and lying down. Effective for the following conditions:
Chronic headaches and migraines, Post-concussions, Chronic neck and back pain, TMJ Syndrome, Sinus conditions, Scoliosis, Nervous system disorders, Autoimmune conditions (MS, Fibromyalgia), Stress and tension- related disorders, Alzheimers, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ADD, PTSD and other conditions.

Hot Stone Therapy
Therapeutic Massage using Basalt stones from volcanic rock to incorporate heat therapy in a full-body massage. Beneficial for arthritic joints and sore, post-workout muscles.
60 minutes - $100 // 90 minutes (full body) - $140
Prenatal Session
Holistic approach to bodywork for expectant mothers from 12 weeks gestation that integrates Massage with CranioSacral Therapy. Treats conditions and discomforts common to pregnancy due to the growth of the baby and shifting of center of gravity: Low Back and SI joint pain, Round ligament pain, Pubic symphysis and Diactesis Recti. Helps alleviate pain and reduce stressors to prepare the body for labor, delivery and a healthy transition after birth.

Performance/Injury Taping
RockTape is applied over injured tissue and painful joints to reduce pain, create stability and restore movement (can be added to a Therapeutic session).
